What
is additional security? Have you thought over the security problem when you
place orders online? Well, on SwagVault, you should never worry about the
security problem. Of course, SwagVault is not the best, the perfect virtual
currency provider in worldwide, but we are truly the most trustworthy and the
most reliable online store. And I know that’s the reason why you choose SwagVault
and be SwagVault’s loyal and strong customer base.
And
today, I am going to talk about the “security” problem in Star Wars: The Old
Republic. According to the official announcement, BioWare will add
"additional security" to SWTOR as we approach the 20th December
launch.
Before
the launch, there is somewhere you should pay close attention to. That is the password
reset issue. All SWTOR accounts created before 21st October will have the
passwords reset. At that moment, account owners will be asked to make passwords
that "meet the new security standards", though we yet don’t know the
exact time of the reset. It is said that the reset will happen in "the
next few weeks".
Something
interesting happened at that time. "BioWare takes security very
seriously," an email sent to the community began. “As we ramp up to the
launch of Star Wars: The Old Republic, we are implementing additional security
controls to maintain the safety of your account and personal information.” It’s
their promise. And "One of these security measures includes ensuring all
passwords meet best practices around password strength. As a result, all
accounts created on or before October 21st, 2011 must reset their password to
meet the new security standards." Ok, since BioWare inform us this info,
right now what we can do is sitting here and waiting for the right moment.
Don’t
be frustrating. There is some more info BioWare telling us. They suggest that
we’d better change our Star Wars: The Old republic password on "a regular
basis". Yes, it has a close relationship with the account safety. What if
we don’t change our SWTOR password on the regular basis? What will happen to my
account? Well, I would never do this to my account.
While
the details about other measures that make up the "additional security
controls" weren't mentioned. BioWare should reveal some detail to us,
right? We only need a little or just a tiny part. But I can share something
funny with you. Well, first, I need to say that no offence to anyone. Are you
one of paranoia of SWTOR & BioWare? I read a report saying that BioWare's
paranoia follows a year of major identity thefts, from PlayStation Network to
Sony Online Entertainment, and from Anonymous to Lulzsec. He’s really a crazy
but loyal and lovely paranoia, isn’t he?
Last
but not least, the issue I’m going to mention is also essential to SWTOR
players and I’d sure that you’ll be interested in it. The accounts of SWTOR are
also linked to EA and Origin. The same password will work across all three
sites. And for players who like playing the Star Trek Online or Star Wars
Galaxies, I recommend SwagVault to you to get another time card, or even more
cheap gold if you like. Here they’re:
